Great purchase experience of my 2015 GTI I immediately noticed the difference with Fairfield VW staff being much more professional than the other dealerships. No pressure and very knowledgab I immediately noticed the difference with Fairfield VW staff being much more professional than the other dealerships. No pressure and very knowledgable of their products. They didn't have the specific model and color of the GTI I wanted. They didn't try to talk me into another one but instead said they would get it and wanted to make sure I got the car exactly as I wanted it. The purchase was quick and easy including the finance department. They also installed my splash guards while I was finishing up the paperwork. Highly recommend them to anyone in the area! Love my new GTI!!! More

Clutch replacement under warranty Fairfield VW got my Passat right in to investigate a possible clutch failure. They had the trans out the same day and found that the pressure plate h Fairfield VW got my Passat right in to investigate a possible clutch failure. They had the trans out the same day and found that the pressure plate had failed after only 36,500 miles. They were good to keep the car an extra day and check it out thoroughly before they returned it to me. Chad was very courteous and to the point on what the exact problem was, even took a picture of the failed pressure plate for me, which was important for this engineer that also does most of his own maintenance.
