Josh is the best! We came in without an appointment to get the engine cover under the car repaired. It had fallen down and was tied up to the hood. Josh was able to explain what had happened and how to best fix it so it would stay up. He took his time and was patient. This relieved me immensely as I had to take the day off from work to deal with it. It was fixed within an hour and a half at very little cost including an oil change. We are a 75-year-old couple, both retired professors, and really appreciate young people that don't treat the elderly like they are stupid! I love my 2004 Beatle and want it to last! and I think you ought to add Josh's name to the service list!!! More
