Helpful Service in Time of Need My new investment, an X4 M40i BMW had the driver restraint system activated on the dash board along with the emission light which made me very uncomfo My new investment, an X4 M40i BMW had the driver restraint system activated on the dash board along with the emission light which made me very uncomfortable to drive. In talking to the Eric, the BMW Service Manager he was very polite and had my vehicle valet for service the next day, leaving me with a loaner until the vehicle was back to stable condition. I received great customer service and touch points as to what was going on over the next 2 days. When returned they had it look all shiny and new just as it looked when I bought it, wheels and all. I also had a tire that the going flat and they fixed it before returning it. Service was exceptional and I can't thank them enough for turning this experience into a much better one than my first. More
