You work hard to have a good credit I don’t believe the interest rate was fair at all given I was in 700’s. The explanation given was only that they have redone the credit score match to interest rate ( higher is good...ex. 5%) that is untrue I’ve had much lower for used cars) it is what it is but I will be refinancing within 6mths since I have found out that I could do better. I inquired within other Branches of finance. Love the RAV4 just think you have to be Fair to customers, know what you are explaining the experience buying a new car is exciting and fast talking confuses. Bottom line of price found on internet should be beginning price not cushioned within rebate versus special price and beginning price. Had to You Tube for SCOUT GPS car did not have built in GPS., salesman did not know much about how it worked. More

Good service, but a long wait. Got the 5000 mile service on my new Ford Edge. The service department here is sub par. I would not recommend this service department to anyone. I took my vehicle in to have the adaptive cruise control serviced under warranty and was told I would not recommend this service department to anyone. I took my vehicle in to have the adaptive cruise control serviced under warranty and was told that the headlight was missing a bolt so therefore the adaptive cruise could not and would not be covered under warranty. The two systems are not connected or even relevant to each other. This should give you some indication of the level of intellect to the individuals working here. You would think that with the current image of VW they would be trying to keep their returning and loyal customers happy, clearly not. If you have another place to take your vehicle I would, possible your local zoo? More

Great Customer Service We called because we had an issue with a used car we didn't buy at this dealer and they still scheduled us in quickly. Less than Satisfied I first called the service center because I received a letter from Ford that there was a recall on my Ford Escape. He told me they would order the par I first called the service center because I received a letter from Ford that there was a recall on my Ford Escape. He told me they would order the parts and call me when they came in to schedule a time to do the repairs. That was March 13. The next thing you know it is May and no one has ever called me so I called them. He said the parts were on back order since so many people had the recall. He was going to check and call me back. Finally in June I called again, I said my car needs inspected by the end of June I was hoping you could get the parts for the recall and inspect my car at the same time. He said, Oh yeah, bring it in next week. Now he can suddenly get the parts! After I had been waiting since March for someone to call me. I understand the places get busy, but I had just bought my car there only 7 months earlier and I felt that I should have received much better service than that, More

Although I purchased from a small dealership, I will now be going to Fairfield for my BMW needs. :-) More
