I got home and made the decision to be at the dealer ship when they opened in the morning. I made arrangements to get picked up at the dealership to get to work. The men at the service desk took my information and told me that they would check out my vehicle. Turned out there was a major issue and it needed fixed. The part needed wouldn't be in until later so there was no way that i would habe my vehicle back until the next day. I got it back as good a new and now I"m safe and sound again. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was helpful and polite. More

Great! This service was the fastest state inspection of any vehicle that I have owned. I guess that is because I have been doing something every month, for This service was the fastest state inspection of any vehicle that I have owned. I guess that is because I have been doing something every month, for the past 3 months. I even put new tires on the truck at a local tire store. I was at the dealership for a little more than 1/2 hour. In and out fast. More

Fast and Friendly Service Had my Mustang in for service and inspection 3-16-2020. My appointment was for 1300hrs and I got a call around 1410 saying it was finished, they were Had my Mustang in for service and inspection 3-16-2020. My appointment was for 1300hrs and I got a call around 1410 saying it was finished, they were just going to wash it. Easy pick up and payment. I also had a question about the passenger seat belt. Techs came out and looked at it along with service manager and said it was just for easy entry for back seat. Could replace it but wasn't a safety issue. I am very happy with the dealership since my daughter and I started coming here a couple of years ago. More

Non-Responsive Disappointed! My concern for a discolored headlight was disregarded. Since purchasing, I have noticed that within the driver's headlight it always a Disappointed! My concern for a discolored headlight was disregarded. Since purchasing, I have noticed that within the driver's headlight it always appears dirty, as if there was moisture within. I was told the assembly is vented and at times moisture within could be normal. It is not normal for a brand new car's headlight to appear cloudy or hazy within the light. It's as if there was moisture within the light that dried and streaked. I asked for this to be addressed twice. I was told because there was moisture in the air they could not determine if there is a problem, but yet acknowledging the cloudiness / haze within the headlight assembly. I do not see any other VW with this appearance, as I check about every VW I see. I told them this appearance never goes away. My car sits in a heated garage the majority of time. No matter what the headlight appears the same. This is NOT normal. I was told I would have to return when the weather was dry for several days. This requires me to drive 30 minutes one way to show them the same problem without change. More
