The entire experience from start to finish was so bad that I will do anything to never go back to them. It all started with a warranty claim for a vehicle I had purchased from them 3.5 years ago. They that I will do anything to never go back to them. It all started with a warranty claim for a vehicle I had purchased from them 3.5 years ago. They had since sold the dealership and gave me the run around multiple times before agreeing to see me. Then, they temporarily fixed one of the problems instead of having the part, which I had told them about and said they couldn’t fix the other problem right then because they needed to contact the other dealership. They said they call me once they were able to set up a time. Over the next THREE MO THS, albeit during the start of the pandemic, I called numerous times, asking to speak to Andy who had helped me each time. And each time they acted as if they didn’t know what I. Was talking about and that they would get in touch with the other dealership and get right back to me. And each time, I’d wait another 2-3 weeks and hear nothing. Finally I had to call and tell them that I needed the actual part ordered and a date set but the end of the month and they begrudgingly agreed. To top it off, I decided to sell that car a few weeks later and wanted to get the refund for the remaining portion of the extended warranty I had purchased. It took nine voicemails, only once did they leave a voicemail for me before I kept calling at different times of day to get help as Tabitha always seemed to be busy. They say the check will come within 8 weeks... AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Particularly Andy in service and Tabitha in finance. More
