I had an brake issue with my 2015 Ford F150. The issue was part of a recall. Service stated that they would expidite the part, but may have an issue on the repair. Fortunately - Jordan did infact request the part and it came the next day. I had to have my vehicle towed to the dealershi[p and hope for the best. Within a day the service center had my vehicle back on the road. I had excellent communication and repair of my vehicle in a very timely manner. Thank you all so much. No cost due to recall ...
