Had cover put on bed of my new pickup. Took 1 1/2 hours. Was never shown how to use it. Inside of bed was dirty from workers foot prints. Would not recommend or not recommend service.. I came in for a 30 minute inspection and it took an hour and 45 minutes. I inquired as to what was happening and was told there was a problem with the computer- that no one bothered to inform me. He then to and 45 minutes. I inquired as to what was happening and was told there was a problem with the computer- that no one bothered to inform me. He then told me they were putting the sticker on and it would be done. After another 15 minutes I told him to get my car, I was done. Then he copped an attitude and was a real xxxxx. The only good thing was he did not charge - I’m done with Fairfield. I will not be returning. More

It was easy to make my appointment for my lube, oil and filter change. I also had my state inspection done. Andy took care of the appointment. He explained what was done when I came to pick it up.
