Excellent Salesman Nick is an excellent salesperson. His correspondence was always timely, and he was able to get us all the information we needed. Nick ensured that we got a good vehicle for a good price while making sure that a rotor issue was taken care of at no additional cost. He made the process easy and simple. We had to go back on a second day to finish the deal. Despite us having a scheduled appointment, we had to wait over an hour to sign paperwork. Given that we had just driven three hours to get there and had a three hour drive back home, this was far from optimal as we ended up driving through snow at night, which is something we were trying to avoid. During this time, however, Nick was very accommodating and did what he could for us (like going over the vehicle controls) while we waited on other staff. Nick's excellent customer service certainly made up for the dealership's few shortcomings. More

Routine maintenance The service counter comes off very arrogant. On more then one occasion I have specifically verified the availability of there largest lift to be able The service counter comes off very arrogant. On more then one occasion I have specifically verified the availability of there largest lift to be able to perform routine service and been told they have the lift available however once I get there they tell me that my truck is to large and that there big lift is occupied. I was also told once that they could not use a standard lift because of the running boards on my truck. Please keep in mind I have an F-350 single rear wheel truck that is completely stock even the running boards are ford factory boards. I came in once for a tire rotation and was told my tires did not need rotated, I asked the guy at the service desk to take a look with me and showed him the front tires on the truck clearly starting to cup and I was told it would be fine for another few thousand miles. I bought my truck from this dealer and made an attempt at having it serviced at this dealership however i would not recommend the service department to anyone. In fact I typically take the truck to van campen dodge for service unless it is something that must be done by ford. In this case it was due for a coolant additive check. More
