Awesome Experience Tanya Kennedy was a great sales lady very helpful I showed up not even knowing if VW was the way I was going or not. Or if I would find one I liked. She went through all the options was so very patient and found 1 in the showroom which was everything I wanted. Tanya was able to work me out a deal I couldn’t resist. She took the time to go through everything with me like other dealerships do not. Needless to say I recommend VW I love mine and also make sure you stop in and see Tanya! WORST EXCUSE FOR A FRANCHISE DEALERSHIP ! :THE WORST EXCUSE FOR A FRANCHISE DEALERSHIP: :ALSO MOST OF THESE REVIEWS ARE PAID FOR & FAKE!: I recently purchased a pre-owned 2012 Nissan NV hi :THE WORST EXCUSE FOR A FRANCHISE DEALERSHIP: :ALSO MOST OF THESE REVIEWS ARE PAID FOR & FAKE!: I recently purchased a pre-owned 2012 Nissan NV high roof Cargo van , Jacob my sales consultant upon initial inquiry lied & sent me pictures of a odometer reading at 21k miles which upon arrival turned out to actually have 71k miles, the excuse for this was that he was not trying to bait me,but instead "sent the wrong photo to the wrong customer." Moreover: I had spent a week securing my own financing through my credit union , so even after the initial frustration with the odometer mishap i decided to move forward with the vehicle giving Jacob the benefit of the doubt. we decided to test drive ,& after inspection of the vehicle the seats had mechanic oil stains , the facade had an overwhelming amount of dents & scratches & the rear proximity sensors were not functional & hanging from the bumper , when the issue with the sensors was addressed by myself jacobs response was that the vehicle would be "sold as is " & ford would not be responsible for fixing the dents or sensors( which should have been done prior to offering the vehicle for retail sale) Moving forward: it was getting quite late & i just wanted the deal to be done , i was able to negociate that they fix the sensors which i was supposed to be greatful for even though there are no windows on the van & it is a total saftey issue not to have them in functioning order. when i brought the vehicle back to execute the due-bill sensor repair , the dealerxxxx then informed me that they would not be able to give me a loaner & i had to pay for 2 weeks of car rental out of pocket which was insane considering the vehicle should have been on point to begin with* Finally : The reason why I chose to purchase a vehicle from a major franchise is so i could avoid this type of headache , however this was not the case , instead I was treated like trash & offered no resolve for my frustration , I would not recommend this dealership to anyone & the only reason why I gave Ford Fairfield 1 star was because there wasnt an option for Zero stars* :DON'T BUY FROM FORD FAIRFIELD ,ITS A TOTAL JOKE & THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU !: More

With working 2 jobs and being a single mom, I asked if he could make this as quick and easy as possible as I didn’t have too much time in between. We would text and email back and forth getting everything together. Once I got to the dealership, all I needed to do was sign papers and leave. He had the car started with the air on so when I got in it was nice and cool. He also went over the features of the vehicle before leaving. He was very nice and polite and his jokes weren’t too bad.
