There was absolutely zero pressure but Chris made sure that he was on hand to assist at any time. He listened to each of my concerns and had answers for all. When it was time to get the final part of the sale completed he and the finance team worked magic to get me the deal I wanted for the budget I asked for. Nicholas greeted us with the most professional, yet respectful, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable attitude. The truck we were interested in had an issue, and he was going to check on it for us, while we visited other dealerships. As we traveled two hours from our home, Nicholas stayed in contact with us via phone to keep us posted on the vehicle we had interest in. Upon return, it was nearing his end of the day. He was not eager to leave or call it quits. He was patient, understanding, friendly and made the purchase very pleasant, helping in getting a fair price and the vehicle we liked. Remarkable young man. We are greatful for his expertise and attitude. Not found in many young people any more. More

Luckily the internet is full of great information and reviews about car dealers and their sales people. Through our research we found Fairfield VW to have many great reviews on not only their sales department but the service department as well. We chose Tanya Kennedy to be our sales person not only because she had great reviews but also because she is VW certified. Our sales experience was very pleasant and we were treated well by everyone there. Tanya listened to our needs and didn’t try to offer us anything other than what we were looking for. It was also great when it came time for the paperwork. Everything was very clear and took no time at all to complete.
