Courteous, kind and concerned staff. I had some very minor damage to the driver's side car door. No paint damage, just two indentations. I knew that the service center in Montoursville didn't actually do body work, but I wasn't sure where else to go. The body shop my family had historically used was closed. Since I bought my car at Fairfield Ford in Montoursville, I thought they could provide some guidance. The service representation listened to me and came out to look at my car. He then referred me to the Fairfield Body Shop on West 3rd Street. I went there right away and got what I would consider EXCEPTIONAL service. The woman behind the desk and the technician were amazing. I was able to bring my car in the next morning for a quick repair. It took the technician only an hour and a half. The car looks terrific and the cost was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them. More

Easy in and out I had a 1:30 appt for a lube and oil change. They did that and their 21 point check and I was out be 2:10.
