Poor Sales man, car was not property inspected. Took my car for a 7 mile joyride when it went back for a cluster replacement. And the work did not require a joyride I was told. Exhaust was patched with som car for a 7 mile joyride when it went back for a cluster replacement. And the work did not require a joyride I was told. Exhaust was patched with some kina liquid that didn't hold. And the break pads were all but shot. And they didn't fix the glass roof screen that was to be fixed. Do yourself a favor and don't buy a car from Fairfield. More

no appointment On my way home from work an odd noise was heard coming from the back of my vehicle. I got home and made the decision to be at the dealer ship when they opened in the morning. I made arrangements to get picked up at the dealership to get to work. The men at the service desk took my information and told me that they would check out my vehicle. Turned out there was a major issue and it needed fixed. The part needed wouldn't be in until later so there was no way that i would habe my vehicle back until the next day. I got it back as good a new and now I"m safe and sound again. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was helpful and polite. More
