Salesman was excellent, came right out to the lot when we got out of our car. He was very informative, and accommodating to all questions. He was encouraging NOT PUSHY ! Worked very hard to give us & Ford the best fair deal. It was in a reasonable time. The finance girl was amazing, sharp & very efficient. Our last few vehicles we could not seem to deal in the Susquehanna Valley at any Ford dealer and usually we ended up going to Simmons Rockwell in New York to purchase an auto. We were to another Ford dealer in the Williamsport area a week or two ago, they would not deal, never even called us after a day or two later. Really glad we came here before going to New York. My first experience was not what I was expecting. They forgot to reset the tire pressure and the low pressure warning came on when I was 7 miles away from the dealership.
