I’ve had many appointments & each time Andy never seems to know what’s going on. There have been times where services that were requested to be done hadn’t been done along with times where things were done to know what’s going on. There have been times where services that were requested to be done hadn’t been done along with times where things were done that weren’t requested to be done were done & charged. There’s also no communication done with the customer & it seems that the coworkers don’t communicate either so everyone is on a different page & doesn’t know what’s happening. More
