Satisfied The service was good, I had some concerns for the interest rate i received feel that I was given 1st options for the source to have my loan with. You work hard to have a good credit I don’t believe the interest rate was fair at all given I was in 700’s. The explanation given was only that they have redone the credit score match to interest rate ( higher is good...ex. 5%) that is untrue I’ve had much lower for used cars) it is what it is but I will be refinancing within 6mths since I have found out that I could do better. I inquired within other Branches of finance. Love the RAV4 just think you have to be Fair to customers, know what you are explaining the experience buying a new car is exciting and fast talking confuses. Bottom line of price found on internet should be beginning price not cushioned within rebate versus special price and beginning price. Had to You Tube for SCOUT GPS car did not have built in GPS., salesman did not know much about how it worked. More

The service department here is sub par. I would not recommend this service department to anyone. I took my vehicle in to have the adaptive cruise control serviced under warranty and was told I would not recommend this service department to anyone. I took my vehicle in to have the adaptive cruise control serviced under warranty and was told that the headlight was missing a bolt so therefore the adaptive cruise could not and would not be covered under warranty. The two systems are not connected or even relevant to each other. This should give you some indication of the level of intellect to the individuals working here. You would think that with the current image of VW they would be trying to keep their returning and loyal customers happy, clearly not. If you have another place to take your vehicle I would, possible your local zoo? More
