Truck Dealer I bought my 2015 Silverado HD from these guys after sevral weeks of research and dealer with other dealers that were very little help, I finally conne I bought my 2015 Silverado HD from these guys after sevral weeks of research and dealer with other dealers that were very little help, I finally connected with Fairfield who actually explained to me the reason that the other guys were of no help was that the truck i wanted wasn't actually available and that if i was able to be patient for 5 weeks they would order one in for me with no deposit and gave me first right of refusal when it came in. I was sure how this would go or what to expect but they were the only dealer that seemed to know what was going on so I ordered a new truck and was updated 4 or 5 times over the 5 weeks it took to show up at the dealer. I take my new truck for a 40 mile trip every time i need service as these guys are just fantastic to deal with. Customer for life. Dale D. More

Super service, and they were ready for me when the delivery date was set, car was perfect and the paperwork took 15 minutes to complete, however the actual delivery took close to an hour to learn how all the new tech worked, and to understand all the buttons. To start off we bought a I just wanted to put this out there so that other people can understand our experience with Fairfield Chevrolet Cadillac. To start off we bought a 2007 volvo s 60 from Fairfield Chevrolet Cadillac in lewisburg Pennsylvania back in April of this year initially we had a good experience with the salesman and the finance man everything went good until about two days after we had the car we noticed a few problems with it and decided to contact them to see what they can do. To sum it up we took the car to them and they told us they would get us an estimate of how much it would cost us to get repaired when we questioned why it was going to cost us they told us it would depend on how much they profited on the car. The service men were very rude very ignorant and did not want to help in any way shape or form so I tried to contact management and the gentleman that I spoke to said that it was wrong what they did and he was going to get to the bottom of it and call me back, well about 2&a half 3 weeks later I still have not received a call back so I called back again and the gentleman I spoke to also said that it was wrong and that he was going to try to see what he could do about it I'm still waiting to hear back from him as well. But in the meantime while trying to get some response from them through Facebook every time we post something to their page they keep blocking us so to me that just seems like a blatant cover-up they do not want people to see what kind of bad experience we had and how they dealt with it why would they it would look bad on them. So this is why I decided to create this page so that maybe just maybe other people can see this see what we've been through and they can make a better informed decision before they go to them to purchase any kind of vehicle More
