Mr. Kim, the owner of the establishment also went out of his way to assist me and answer any questions I had. Both individuals were very transparent in regards to the car's history and any cosmetic/mechanical flaws it may have had as well. The whole car buying process in itself went very smoothly and exceeded all my expectations. It's very hard to come by dealerships that are straightforward and honest who treat customers with the utmost respect but Fairfax Motors is just exactly that plus so much more. Looked on line and saw they had an suv with the options I needed which one of those things I needed was for the car to have 3rd row seating. Went in and talked to John Fleming who was able to match our needs perfectly so we went with a 3 year old used suv. It drives wonderfully and could not be happier with it. Great experience. More
