Mike, the owner gave us his best offer on the vehicle. He was extremely fair with the deal. He made the negotiation process painless. We spent less than 2 hours at the dealership purchasing a car. How often does that happen? Mike and Pauline had us in and out without feeling rushed nor did we feel like our time was being wasted. Mike went over and beyond with detailing the car, providing floor mats, and even added more than enough gas to the car. He made mention that he knew we had a distance to get back and home and took the car to add gas. I am still using that tank of gas. Mike took time out of his busy schedule to take the car through inspection in Maryland. The first location he went to was closed, the second he waited 3 hours. You don't find customer service like the kind Mike and Pauline provided. Dealerships could learn a lot from Fairfax Motors. We will definitely come back for future purchases. More
