Amazing Service! They really stand behind their products Pauline, Ed and John were great. The vehicle I purchased from them had some issues that should have been covered under the extended warranty that I al Pauline, Ed and John were great. The vehicle I purchased from them had some issues that should have been covered under the extended warranty that I also bought from Fairfax Motors at time of sale. However, there was a problem with the warranty coverage in that it was mistakenly approved and was not intended to cover my vehicle, which is a diesel. John not only undertook the repairs to my vehicle at no cost to me, but he provided me with a loaner vehicle during this time as well. Further, he had the owner of the company enforce my extended warranty with the warranty company so that I now have the full coverage for which I contracted. Pauline, Ed and John were professional and responsive throughout this experience, which made buying a vehicle from them so much more than just their great selection and competitive pricing. At Fairfax Motors they truly care about their customers. It is for this reason that they have my highest recommendation. More

After I had ignored them a couple of times, they contacted me via e-mail. which I likes a lot better. I explained the situation that I was in and from that moment on, all communications went smoothly. Once I visited the dealer to take a look at the car, there was no pressure at all to buy the car on the same day of the first visit. Faheem was very helpful, although there were a couple of questions that he could not answer. But that was due to the fact that I asked questions about the possibilities of modifying this car if I would export it to Europe. This was also the first dealer that allowed me for a test drive without anybody of the dealership joining me for the ride. I ended up buying the car that I wanted and I believe I paid a very good price for this car. I also was surprised by the trade in value of my car. Finally, a minor issue during the testdrive was reported and the dealer promised to have this fixed. All in all, a very good experience. Thank you Faheem, Hohn and Edward !! More

I am someone who holds the excitement to write a review bad or good. I take time so can be fair in my reviews. And now after a month I am happy to share my experience with them. - The car : The car that i got from them is Excellent! The vehicle runs smoothly and I do not see even the slightest of problem with the vehicle even considering that its more than 10 years old. It came with 1 year Virginia inspection sticker on it. I was been given 1 month / 1000 miles warranty without paying anything extra. - The buying experience: This is most important when it comes to a dealership. My deal was handled by 3 people. Faheem, Michelle, and Mike. All of them had one thing in common - Excellent Customer service. Not only was I given the test drive for the vehicle, but I was actually left with the car alone for a while. This helped me to inspect the car the way I want it to. The documentation was smooth. I was been given the custody of vehicle in 24 hours, absolutely hassle-free. This dealership is serious about their business and you would observe it the moment you walk into their store.
