I've taken my 2014 Ford C-Max Energi to Fair Oaks Ford Lincoln twice, and each time the experience has been like a breath of fresh air. The facility (e.g. the waiting rooms, complementary beverages and snacks, etc.) is wonderful, the staff is courteous and solicitous, each service was timely, and I was never overcharged or cross-sold something I didn't need. Excellent service department I've been bringing my Ford Crown Victoria to fair oaks since I inherited the car from my late father-in-law. Although the car is somewhat "vintage" an I've been bringing my Ford Crown Victoria to fair oaks since I inherited the car from my late father-in-law.
