I not only had a fantastic experience buying my car here 4 years ago, but I will never take it to another service shop other than Fair Oaks Ford again I not only had a fantastic experience buying my car here 4 years ago, but I will never take it to another service shop other than Fair Oaks Ford again! They are super friendly and were able to diagnose a problem that another Ford dealer missed.I could not be happier with the whole experience. Horrible service Brought my 2014 Ford Raptor Roush Phase 2 in for warranty work and oil change pick the truck up and they tell me all fixed . Literally pull out of d Brought my 2014 Ford Raptor Roush Phase 2 in for warranty work and oil change pick the truck up and they tell me all fixed . Literally pull out of dealer and my truck dies and has same issue . Did they even test drive it or just cleared the check engine code. Also had the oil changed and tires rotated and they gave it a complimentary car wash . I got a few deep scratch on my wheel when they rotated it and the wash looked like the just wiped the salt off my truck with a wet rag. Glad I just paid 65k for a truck for them to treat it like crap. Called the general manager and left a message. Never got a call back More

The best part about owning a Ford I never thought that getting a car serviced could be a pleasure but, at Fair Oaks Ford Lincoln, it really is. I've taken my 2014 Ford C-Max Energi to Fair Oaks Ford Lincoln twice, and each time the experience has been like a breath of fresh air. The facility (e.g. the waiting rooms, complementary beverages and snacks, etc.) is wonderful, the staff is courteous and solicitous, each service was timely, and I was never overcharged or cross-sold something I didn't need. Honestly, I can't say enough about what a positive experience it's been dealing with everyone at Fair Oaks Ford Lincoln. More

Excellent service department I've been bringing my Ford Crown Victoria to fair oaks since I inherited the car from my late father-in-law. Although the car is somewhat "vintage" an I've been bringing my Ford Crown Victoria to fair oaks since I inherited the car from my late father-in-law. Although the car is somewhat "vintage" and was not purchased from them the Fair Oaks team has treated it like a brand-new new car and has treated me as a valued customer.
