Excellent service and quick turn-around for major car repair I was very impressed with my service advisor Mark Sciulli. We had the car originally repaired at Pep Boys, but they could not complete the repair. Mark took an interest in our situation even before we made any appointment. I brought the car to the dealership hoping it would get looked at some point during the week. When I called the next day, Mark already had the car on the service lift and had a list of items that were already gone over. I appreciated the quick turn-around. The car was serviced at the Used Car dealership, but because of hours and my ability to pick up the car at a later time, Mark arranged to have my car ready and waiting for me at the main dealership. Thank you to Mark, Richard, and Andres for taking care of my car! More
Professional, Personable, and Honest. My service advisor was Carlos and he was efficient yet personable. Aside from an oil change, service was completed on a rattling noise from the bottom of my car at no charge (under warranty). No "upselling" was done by Carlos where other dealerships would do that with out shame. I wish I lived closer but I am willing to drive the 45 minutes to get my care serviced by Fair Oaks Ford!!! Prompt Service for Warranty Recall I received a letter from Ford stating there was a potential electrical problem involving the battery and electrical system with my C-Max Hybrid. I called and schedule service the next day, and the problem was corrected within 48 hours of my receiving the letter. Couldn't ask for more than that. More
