Prompt Service for Warranty Recall I received a letter from Ford stating there was a potential electrical problem involving the battery and electrical system with my C-Max Hybrid. I ca I received a letter from Ford stating there was a potential electrical problem involving the battery and electrical system with my C-Max Hybrid. I called and schedule service the next day, and the problem was corrected within 48 hours of my receiving the letter. Couldn't ask for more than that. More

Just needed an oil change Came in without an appointment - not needed for an oil change. Asked for an oil change, oil filter change, tire rotation, and air filter if needed. Job done quickly, and told didn't yet need an air filter. Nice that they didn't change the filter just to get the sale.
