Excellent service and quick turn-around for major car repair I was very impressed with my service advisor Mark Sciulli. I brought the car to the dealership hoping it would get looked at some point during the week. When I called the next day, Mark already had the car on the service lift and had a list of items that were already gone over. I appreciated the quick turn-around. The car was serviced at the Used Car dealership, but because of hours and my ability to pick up the car at a later time, Mark arranged to have my car ready and waiting for me at the main dealership. Aside from an oil change, service was completed on a rattling noise from the bottom of my car at no charge (under warranty). No "upselling" was done by Carlos where other dealerships would do that with out shame. I wish I lived closer but I am willing to drive the 45 minutes to get my care serviced by Fair Oaks Ford!!!
