Service you can trust! Fair Oaks ford has helped shape my thinking about Ford the brand. In the past I thought Ford vehicles were inferior to foreign vehicles by far. I had Fair Oaks ford has helped shape my thinking about Ford the brand. In the past I thought Ford vehicles were inferior to foreign vehicles by far. I had the opportunity to drive a 2004 Ford Escape for work and always took the vehicle to Fair Oaks ford for service. This provided me an opportunity to experience the level of service Fair Oaks provided, and I have never looked back since. Through work I have now driven the 2006, 2008, 2010, 2013 and now the 2015 Escape and have been impressed by the vehicles and the level of care that Fair Oaks has provided to me. So much so that I purchased my company 2004 Escape for my sister years ago, purchased a new 2008 Escape for my wife (Thanks Serafin Castelan!) which my daughter drives and recently purchased my company 2013 Escape which my wife drives. We only take our vehicles to Fair Oaks because I trust them to provide great service, honestly and ethically. I can say this because I have lived this for the last 11 years. Special thanks to Joe Mayer, Carlos Posada and Anthony Collins for helping create an environment of trust, dependability and care that all customers want to experience. SUPER job!! More

My experience for many years is that they are honest in the recommendations and fair in there pricing. They have never tried to sell me on something that wasn't needed and/or they inform me when/how long I can go before specific service is needed. All the service providers are friendly and courteous and I am recognized and greeted by all. More

"Safe and Secure" I arrived at Fair Oaks Ford/Lincoln around 2:30pm, with my 2007 Lincoln MKX (which I had purchased there). I was bringing my car in to get "The Works" I arrived at Fair Oaks Ford/Lincoln around 2:30pm, with my 2007 Lincoln MKX (which I had purchased there). I was bringing my car in to get "The Works" and they told me that I did not need an appointment, just show up. They took my car in right away. I also asked them about a recent recall on my car. They checked on that for me as well, reassured me that my car was safe and that I would be notified on any updates on that recall. They found that I needed a new air filter and a power steering flush. So when I asked them if I could see it, they brought me into the service center and the mechanic showed me exactly what they meant. I was very pleased that they made me aware of these issues and were willing to show and explain it all to me. During the tire rotation they found that my "front Sway Bar Links" were in bad shape and one side was completely broken. They showed that to me as well and it was surely broken. I was very pleased they found it and had the time to fix/replace that for me. I live in Chicago and have to drive pretty far to go to this dealer. So I'm grateful that Fair Oaks has a very comfortable and large waiting area for their customers to wait for their car. The room has a TV, computers and WiFi, tables/chairs, some lounge chairs, a kids playroom, drinks and treats. I had my computer with me and there were stores nearby, so my wait went by quickly. The service representative Dave, was very professional and attentive. He answered all my questions and gave me the specials and rebates that applied to me. They even washed my car when finished. Even though I didn't expect the extra work that my car needed, I was glad they addressed it all and were able to fix it on the spot, in that one visit. I was very happy with the service. It's important to me to know I'm driving a safe and secure car. I drive on long trips and I am confident my car is in excellent working order. Thanks Fair Oaks Ford. More

Upon arriving at Fair Oaks, Frank checked me in right away, called for the shuttle to take me home and in less than 5 minutes, I was on my way. The recall work was completed before the promised 2 hours! When I returned to pick up my car, Frank greeted me right away and pulled my freshly washed car around out front and wished me a Happy 4th of July weekend. More

I called on 7/2 and was able to schedule an appointment for first thing on 7/3, the Friday before the holiday weekend. Service was professional. Carlos was the person who helped me. I let him know that if my vehicle could not be repaired that day, I would have to come back, since I have a vacation road trip planned for the 5th. The lounge area had oranges, bananas, chocolate chip cookies, coffee (with REAL mugs), bottled water, and wi fi. I have to say I am a huge fan. It was clean and comfortable. In the end they did fix my car and I drove it away that day, which is actually not what I was expecting. I would absolutely come back. I love the idea that I can chill out and get some work done while my car is getting serviced. More
