Excellent Service - Customer Care at its Finest I always ALWAYS take my car to Fair Oaks' service department for my oil changes. Not only do they do the oil change, but they do a multi-point inspect I always ALWAYS take my car to Fair Oaks' service department for my oil changes. Not only do they do the oil change, but they do a multi-point inspection to check over every part of my car. There was a filter that needed changing, and I didn't have the extra cash on me to get it changed last time. I asked them to make a note, but made a note in my Google calendar just in case they forgot. When I arrived the next time, Carlos asked if I would like them to take care of that without me even prompting the query. They keep my car on the road, and I love the level of customer car provided. They also wash your car and vacuum it out. Incredible value at the usual cost of an oil change. More

Obviously I was concerned as it was not the chirping sound of your warn break warning system. Not expecting to get my vehicle in today, Carols Posada, Service Advisor, checked my vehicle and moved me into line for immediate attention. Turned out I had a 'heat shield' come loose. Again Carols clearly explained what it was, what needed to be done and the cost to do it. No drama, no add on maintenance (what I needed ). Clearly a quality organization from Carlos, to Mark S (Service Technician). a little over two hours and my truck was back to me, clean inside and out. Great Service and I am very comfortable recommending them to the rest of my Naperville, IL neighbors. More

The service managers are all very friendly and go out of their way to make sure your experience is positive. They only recommend what truly needs to be done and perform the services in a timely manner at a decent price. They accurately diagnose the problem and fix the issue on the first pass. I have never had to return to the dealership to fix a problem twice. This location is quite an upgrade from their old location on Naperville and Ogden road. The facility is modern, upscale and very clean. They are always well stocked with free amenities, i.e., bottled water, coffee, fruit and snacks. The waiting room is very comfortable. I would recommend utilizing this facility for all of your Ford/Lincoln needs. It's always been a positive experience. More

Extremely easy to work with, trustworthy. We have been using Fair Oaks Ford service for about 3 yrs for our 2007 Focus and 2000 Windstar. Because of the age of the minivan we have been in 4-5 We have been using Fair Oaks Ford service for about 3 yrs for our 2007 Focus and 2000 Windstar. Because of the age of the minivan we have been in 4-5 times for major service and several more times for routine maintenance. I am always impressed by their professionalism and fair play. Having been disappointed over the years and feeling taken advantage of by other dealers I have never had that sense at Fair Oaks. They have always finished the job for the amount estimated, and several times lower, have been open to negotiation a bit, and always completed the work in the promised time frame. The waiting room is very neat and professional with work spaces, and snacks. To be frank, I actually don't stress out about going there, and either does my wife. We usualy ask for Dave Wargo. Wayne does the actual work on the car, and does great work. So why then only 4 stars? Well you have to leave them something to strive to reach, and price can always be 20% (5th star) lower. More
