Happy client I changed to Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln from another area dealer to service my then '05 Escape. When it came time to replace that vehicle, I did not consi I changed to Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln from another area dealer to service my then '05 Escape. When it came time to replace that vehicle, I did not consider any other dealership. I bought my '13 CMax through them and have had excellent service and care since then. There were some initial problems with my new car (a new roll out from Ford) but Fair Oaks always took care of me---from loaners to working with Ford to get the issues resolved. I continue to highly recommend this dealership. ALL of the service staff have been more than accommodating and helpful. Dan (one of the mechanics in the garage area) was really attentive when there were problems early on and worked hard to figure out what was wrong. More

Regularly scheduled maintenance I had my 2012 Ford Edge serviced by Fair Oaks Ford in Naperville for the regularly scheduled maintenance which include oil change, oil filter change, I had my 2012 Ford Edge serviced by Fair Oaks Ford in Naperville for the regularly scheduled maintenance which include oil change, oil filter change, tire check, tire rotation and fluid top off. It has been my practice in the past to perform these items myself. I am planning a driving vacation and wanted the service to be completed before my departure. I went to do my car preparation before I left and found that the dealer had completed all the maintenance items I normally preform. Their service was prompt, courteous and complete. The service rep let me about it before having it done...I appreciated that. My only comment is that for "just" an oil change, the charge is $47; if you have "The Works" done, it's $39.95. Plus any coupon discount cannot be applied to "The Works"; even a $10 coupon off for a regular oil change is not advantageous vs. "The Works". I think having just an oil change should be a lot less; other places charge $19.95 (basic - no synthetic). More
