I bought 3 new vehicles at Fair Oaks in 5 years. I live much closer to another Ford dealer, but I go back to Fair Oaks for my family car needs. This time, my salesperson was Danae Serna. She was very pleasant to work with and efficient. I had my eyes set on a specific color Mustang, and she offered to test drive another one as well, which I ended up liking more and buying. I am very busy, so she made sure the purchase and trade-in process went as quickly as it could. After I forgot my I-Pass in the trade-in in the evening, she called that night as soon as it was brought to her attention in case it would be an issue next morning. So thank you Fair Oaks team! More
