We went into the dealership knowing I wanted a 2012 Ford Fusion, red with leather interior, to replace a 2009 Focus now owned by our granddaughter. I wanted a slightly larger car than the Focus and Anthony had me try out both models to be sure the Fusion was the right one for me. It was, but the one I wanted wasn't on the lot (this was on a Friday) and he assured me he'd find the right car and have it ready for me early the next week. He was right! On Monday he phoned to say the red Fusion was in and ready for me. I love it! This was an unusual car buying experience because there was absolutely no pressure. He was knowledgeable about the cars and straightforward about pricing and took plenty of time to explain the features of the Fusion.
