I bought my first new car at Fair Oaks Ford in 2008 and had such a great experience with John Krajnovich and his team that when it came time to replace my wife's used Chevy, this was the first place I thou had such a great experience with John Krajnovich and his team that when it came time to replace my wife's used Chevy, this was the first place I thought of when looking for a new car. We did visit other dealers/other car makers and I have to say that John's team is the reason we purchased our Ford Explorer and the reason that I will only buy cars from this dealership. This time, John had Jeremy Bloom assist in the buying process and Jeremy didn't skip a beat from John's service level from our prior purchase. Jeremy was knowledgeable, helpful and wanted to put us in the car that was right for us, without trying to up sell us on any features or other models out there. The whole team at Fair Oaks Ford is top notch and makes the buying experience a fun one. They are a trustworthy group and you can tell that they pride themselves on their service and because of that, have gained a lifetime customer. Thanks again guys! More

I just purchased a new 2012 Lincoln from Fair Oaks in Naperville and the service was unbelievable!!! I got more for my trade than anywhere else and the sales person Pam was professional beyond your wild Naperville and the service was unbelievable!!! Everyone from sales, and finance to service were so friendly kept asking me if I wanted a bottle of water or coffee. Then a mechanic Mark was walking by and asked me if I needed help when I told him I was buying a MKT and he was so nice told me all about the vehicle, he was so friendly and energetic I have never experienced anything like it . Being comfortable with the sales process is important which I am but I feel so comfortable using the service department!!! Let’s face it after the sale the next 5 or 6 years I will need maintenance and service and I have never felt more comfortable with a dealership. I will never go anywhere else!!!! More

From the internet search until the actual purchase of the car the service was great. It was a team effort from the down payment, to the under coating, paint protector, and free car starter, the discounts t car the service was great. I was a little early for a visit to a competitive dealer in my search for a new car. I had rented their car and was impressed. I have never owned a Ford, but it was on my way, so I stopped. Paul Litwicki came out to meet me and showed me the entire Lincoln/Ford line. We talked about my needs and my price range and settled on the Ford Taurus. I continued my evaluation of 3 competitors and after further discussion with Paul I told him of my preference for the Ford but the competitors prices were better than the price of the Ford. Paul asked for a little time and then came back to me with a very competitive price. Paul did an outstanding job and I expect my ownership experience will be as good as my sales experience.
