Had a great car buying experience with Fair Oaks Ford. I stopped in a week ago just kind of wandering the lot looking at cars. A few days later I was on the Ford web site and filled out an inquiry about a Ford Edge. Within a couple hours I had a message from Craig detailing some special offers that Ford was offering on Edges (0% financing and a $1500 rebate caught my eye). Stopped in the next day and test drove the 4 cylinder Ecoboost Edge and a V6. I decided I wanted to purchase a car but they didn't have the exact car I wanted. Craig proceeded to call around and found the car I wanted. I compared the offer online at KBB or Edmunds and found their offer to be within a $100 or so of what they considered fair market value. I came home with a new Ford Edge last yesterday. Craig and Rod provided quality service and were really helpful explaining all the options. They worked well as a team. I would definitely purchase another car from them. More

Walked into Fair Oaks Ford not really thinking i'd like the new 2013 Ford Focus. There were two models on the floor that had just come in. Rod took care of me and brought me up to speed on the new models. We didn't test drive it that day, but instead came back the next day to take it for a spin. Loved how it drove and handled. Talking prices with Rod was easy and friendly unlike the other dealerships we visited. Got an exact price I would be looking at and had to sit on it for a night since it was my first new car purchase. The next day, called up and put a deposit down over the phone! They had to search out my exact car with the options, but was able to find it quick and easy. Got the car four days later. Very friendly dealership, and well worth the time! Ford Focus is now the number one selling car worldwide, so defiantly worth checking out. Tell them I sent you ;). More

I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape Titanium. Initially I went through USAA's new car buying program, which offers a pre-negotiated price on a car when purchased through a participating dealership. Typicall went through USAA's new car buying program, which offers a pre-negotiated price on a car when purchased through a participating dealership. Typically the program sends your new car request out to three dealers in your area. Fair Oaks Ford Lincoln was one of the three. Interestingly, of the dealers I conversed with about this purchased, Fair Oaks was the farthest away from where I live; it was therefore initially my last choice to do business with. However the other dealers I attempted to deal with were either unresponsive or unwilling to match/beat USAA's negotiated price. Thankfully Fair Oaks Ford Lincoln was very responsive and gave me a competitive price on my new car - both for the purchase price and the financing rate. In the beginning I dealt almost exclusively with Craig, doing most of the work over email with some phone calls mixed in. 2013 Ford Escape Titanium with the options I wanted was a hard bird to locate, and Craig put in a lot of work to find a trade with another dealership for the car I wanted. Ironically the one I ultimately bought was not a trade, but one that fortuitously arrived at the dealer while we were still looking for an exact match to my preferences. The actual purchase of the car was handled by Jeremy Bloom. Like Craig he was professional and accommodating to our schedules and went out of his way to find a car we'd be happy with. He also spent about 45 minutes going over everything in the car with us after the purchase was completed. Overall the experience was more laid back and low pressure than other car buying experiences I've had, and I'd buy another car from this dealer without hesitation - particularly with their willingness to do all the negotiations and such over the internet. (The dealership also seems to be pretty new and the facility is very nice, if that makes any difference.) They did win some Ford President's Award in 2011 for customer satisfaction and offered many incentives to do service there. If I had anything bad to say it was the usual aggressive upselling of rust-proofing and environmental packages and warrantees that are fairly standard fare for dealers it seems. It wasn't beyond the pale and they were professional about it, but it'd be nice to get out of a dealer for once without the awkward "put-you-on-the-spot" stuff at the back end of the transaction. This week my wife and I purchased our first brand new vehicle and being a very conservative family it came with quit a lot of thought. We made our first visit to Fair Oaks Ford on Saturday and they were pretty busy so it was nice to have a salesman (Jeremy) assist us quickly and with exact knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in. We had decided on a F150 with precise options and colors. Fair Oaks had a very comparable truck to the one we described but not in the colors we were looking for. Jeremy searched several other dealers coming up with 5 F150s that had the color combination we wanted and each had a different option package with a different prices of course. We were given copies of the window stickers to take with us to allow us to talk and come to our own decision. We returned on Wednesday to test drive the comparable truck, with no hesitation and knowing this was not the truck we would buy Fair Oaks allowed us test it out. We decided that night we loved the truck. I placed a call the next day and I was assured by this weekend we would be driving the truck we wanted. I was called on Friday morning and told the truck was there and if I wanted, it could be picked up that night or Saturday. I arrived at 4:00 pm Friday and I was driving home in our new F150 at 5:30 pm. The decision to buy a new vehicle was very tough but the experience was very professional. We are very pleased with Fair Oaks ford. More
