The sales staff at Fair Oaks gave us time to look around and we didn't feel pressured. At first we thought we wanted a ICE Fusion but in the end decided we wanted a hybrid. I first went to Fair Oaks Ford to test drive the Ford Fiesta Titanium Hatchback. I didn't think I'd fall in love with the car. Upon walking in the door I was greeted in a warm and welcome manner. I was not treated unfairly and my salesman Rod listened to me without judgment. I have had other salespeople at other dealerships (not Ford) make assumptions about me before they even spoke to me. Such as assuming that I leased my car, that I don't own my home (as a single woman I'm automatically a renter in this person's eyes), etc. I felt like I was treated with respect by Rod and Fair Oaks Ford. I didn't even think of visiting another Ford dealership after my initial visit to Fair Oaks Ford. More

We walked in thinking the Ford Escape was our car of choice. Jeremy asked us what we needed/wanted and then showed us the features of the escape but also suggested we test drive the Edge. The Edge definitley had the features we were looking for: a nice smooth ride, the roominess for our ski and cottage road trips, and a great look and feel to the car. Once we decided on the Edge, he then went out of his way to ensure we had the right color and options in our vehcile (despite all the Edges on the lot, our preferred color and featurers were not immediately available). Our vehicle was there within 4 days. When we picked up the car, Jeremy again went over the details the car has to offer. It was a very easy purchase. But wait, there's more....we then were introduced to the mysync system and then on to the Warranty options. Each individual did a great job explaining the details and answering our questions. Contacted the dealer on line and received a prompt reply. Set up an appointment and was taken care of immediately. Found us a car, secured financing and gave us a good deal.
