In late out early! Dave is my guy there. He checked me in for my "Works" Oil change service and gave me an hour & a half time to wait, when I drove in at around 11am. Dave is my guy there. No Pressure- No BS This was my first experience at a Ford dealer in over 30 years. I was driving by and decided to stop in. I was met by Clint Schreiber. I told him I wa This was my first experience at a Ford dealer in over 30 years. I was driving by and decided to stop in. I was met by Clint Schreiber. I told him I was just looking. He told me if I had questions to let him know. He did not hover over me like other dealers I had been to recently. When I had questions Clint answered them without saying "let me ask my manager" like I heard at three other dealers that same day. He had excellent knowledge of the vehicle. When I said I had a car to trade I did not get the low ball or "this is what the market is selling your vehicle for" response. The trade price was fair. I settled on a Ford Escape and began negotiating. It didn't take long and we came to a price I was comfortable with. The Brand Manager, Karl Regalado was quick and efficient with the paper work. The best part, after I told Karl I do not want "extras" or a hard sell on dealer ad-ons I was out in about an hour with my new 2015 Escape. A No-Pressure-No BS experience. I will be back for my next vehicle. More
