Since then it has been the only dealership I have gone to when I needed a car....new or used. They truly do treat you like family. They are incredibly fair, customer minded and always deliver with you in mind.....customer first. I must also mention that their service department is the best around....period. This time my salesman was Jeremy Bloom. I highly recommend him to anyone going to this dealership with interest in a new ride. He was personable, professional and went WAY out of his way to make sure I ended up with what I was looking for and then some. Thanks Jeremy and to all at Fair Oaks Ford/Lincoln in Naperville. From the minute I walked in the door to the minute I drive away in a new 2016 Fusion.......you all continue to make it a pleasure to purchase a car from this dealership. Major patience! I started my quest with a 1-3 year old Escape in mind. I worked with Pam Hammersmith, who was very patient with me, knowing I was going to be a tough one to please! My husband and I suddenly switched gears and decided to look at a new vehicle. Pam took the time to explain and compare in detail the difference between leasing vs purchasing, both of which we began to consider. We had MANY questions, and she was able to provide all the answers. As it turned, out we now own (In time! Great financing) a 2015 MKC and love it. There were benefits to either situation, but we decided on the one that was ultimately best for us in the long run. The entire staff that we worked was very helpful, and never once did we feel any pressure. We did our research and we received a great price without having to haggle. I would very much recommend Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln, and Pam Hammersmith as your salesperson. Thank you all for providing us with the confidence to move forward! More

Fast and Easy No-haggle Purchase I started my new car purchasing experience on the internet. I looked into models, options and prices - as much as I could with the information availa I started my new car purchasing experience on the internet. I looked into models, options and prices - as much as I could with the information available. So, when I contacted Craig Holsman through the internet, I was reasonably sure of what I wanted. After a couple of emails, we spoke on the telephone. (Sometimes old technology works too.) Craig was very knowledgeable, and we discussed a couple of cars. When I decided on a particular vehicle, equipment & color, he told me 1. He could do a dealer trade and have the car in day or two, and 2. He gave me a fair “no-haggle” price. Based on that, I went to see Craig at Fair Oaks Ford/Lincoln. Within one hour, I took a test drive, he appraised my trade-in, and we made a deal; I had the car a couple of days later. It was an easy, reasonable way to purchase an automobile. I also dealt with Jake Lambert. Cars today are loaded with electronic systems, and Jake was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining and setting up many things like synchronizing my cell phone to the car, setting up an internet account, programming the external keypad, and many things related to the functions of the touch screen. Several days later, I am still reading the owners’ manual, but the initial time with Jake was very important. In conclusion, let me say that this was one of my best car buying experiences, and I have had several. More

Service Department Rip Off I brought my 2002 f250 Super Duty in because the interior blower motor wasn't working. Six hours later, I received a call from the service dept. They I brought my 2002 f250 Super Duty in because the interior blower motor wasn't working. Six hours later, I received a call from the service dept. They informed me that the blower motor and the blower motor resistor needed to be replaced. They told me it would cost $600 because they needed to tear apart the dashboard to replace. I not willingly told them to go ahead and perform the work. I then went to my computer and googled how to replace the blower motor and resistor. To my surprise, the blower motor and resistor are NOT within the dashboard, but on the fire wall in the engine compartment. When I called the service dept. back and told them what I had learned, they said "our technician made a mistake" and they could adjust it down to $420. So, had I not looked into the facts, Fair Oaks Ford would have gladly ripped me off!!! More
