Purchase and service experience We bought the car new and have been taking it back to Fair Oaks exclusively for service. Craig Holsman was easy to work with and trusted me from the get go. I appreciate not having to sign my life away just to test drive a car. We have had almost no issues with the car after 2 1/2 years and 19,000 miles. Unfortunately, I was hit by and errant driver earlier this year. The damage to the left side of the car was extensive enough that it had to be towed. We had all the repairs done at Fair Oaks, coordinateed by Joe Mayer. It took awhile to get all the insurance matters settled, but Joe stayed on it. The final work was top notch. You cannot tell the car was damaged. The service staff at Fair Oaks bends over backwards to take care of you, even for just an oil change. Highly recommended. I would definitely buy another car there. More
