I went and did a test drive with Jake he gave me a lot of information without any pressure to make a deal that day. I went back the next week and worked with Craig and Jeremy. I knew exactly what to expect and there were no surprises when finalizing the deal. Jeremy was friendly and walked me through the process very seamlessly. They even gave me a tour of the dealership showing places I might need to go in the future (the service desk, waiting room, parts desk). I got to meet each person and got a freebie at each desk (a t-shirt, tire pressure gage, water bottle, cleaning cloth, and bag to put everything in). Everyone I met was helpful and that made my first car buying experience exciting and not overwhelming. I will definitely be buying from them in the future. More
