The service and purchasing process was smooth. Before I took it for a test drive I examined the vehicle and found seven small scratches across the hood. We have worked with this dealership and Serafin C. through multiple purchases. We can rely on the dealership and the sales associates. The day we came in for the actual purchase Stevie G was there to through multiple purchases. We can rely on the dealership and the sales associates. The day we came in for the actual purchase Stevie G was there to finalize the sale. Stevie did well. The process of purchase could be a little more streamlined. We were there for a long time. We think it would be better if there weren't so many negotiations in the deal. What is the lowest interest rate offered and how many months. We had a preapproved loan but wanted to know what the dealer had. Had to wait a long time for the bottom line. Overall ok still. More
