He took our difficult request for a car, and found something great that none of the other dealers in the area were able to do. The manager Dan was really helpful as well, and I am very grateful for them and how I was treated. This dealership has gotten the presidential award with Ford for two years in a row for customer service, and I have no doubt in my mind that they deserved it because they really did have excellent customer service. Finance person was not aggressive with added after-purchase extras. A few extra options (floor mats,etc.) were ordered and delivered in a timely manner. This was the best car-buying experience my wife have experienced as my wife's negative mindset was quickly reversed to positive after our first visit. More
