Complicated transaction was perfect I wanted to lease a very specific MKC model. There was only ONE car configured the way I wanted it but it was located in Florida. I tried working a couple of local Lincoln dealers but they were unwilling to work through the complicated deal of transporting the car from Florida and assisting with the early termination of a lease on the car I was driving. My internet salesman from Fair Oaks, CRAIG HOLSMAN located the car for me and helped with my existing lease. He provided outstanding communication via text and email. No pressure. No hassles. No games. This guy is a seasoned professional. Everyone I encountered at the dealership the day I took deliver of the car provided very good, efficient service. Despite the fact that Naperville is about 100 miles from my home I have a very good experience at Fair Oaks Lincoln and would recommend Craig and the team there to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience.
