Greatest New Car Experience, ever! I was in the market for a new vehicle and was interested in leasing this time around. Craig was wonderful answering all of my multiple questions and e I was in the market for a new vehicle and was interested in leasing this time around. Craig was wonderful answering all of my multiple questions and emails. He was able to track down the exact car that I was looking for which had to be brought in from around 300 miles away. He kept me in the loop on everything throughout the entire process so I never had to check in with him to see what was going on. Brandon took me for my test drive and actually closed the deal ;couldn't have been nicer, Brandon was really busy with other customers, but never made me feel like I was forgotten. Was very knowledgeable in all the perks of my new car! Finance guy, Steve was very friendly and made the financing portion seamless and quick! More

First Time Lincoln Buyer My wife and I previously leased a Ford Explorer from a different Ford dealer. As the lease was coming to an end we began our search for a replacement My wife and I previously leased a Ford Explorer from a different Ford dealer. As the lease was coming to an end we began our search for a replacement vehicle. After numerous visits to various dealerships (including non-Ford brands) we decided we were interested in a Lincoln Navigator. We first went to a Lincoln dealership only 10 minutes away from our house to look at the vehicle and take it for a drive. After a long and fruitless price negotiation we headed home frustrated with the process. Enter Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln. Craig reached out via email and provided me clear and direct answers to all of my questions. After a brief telephone call, he was able to send me a comprehensive and detailed quote with no smoke-and-mirrors. Without the need for negotiation they offered us a great price on the vehicle we wanted. We came in a few days later and the vehicle was prepped and waiting for us. The quote he provided held true to the dollar and the process was completely painless. I would absolutely recommend Fair-Oaks and our Salesman Craig to any friends of family. I have bought many cars over my lifetime and this was by FAR the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

Best ever Best car buying experience we've ever had. Working with Craig Holsman and Gio Pina was great. After test driving the MKC at another dealer, we knew e Best car buying experience we've ever had. Working with Craig Holsman and Gio Pina was great. After test driving the MKC at another dealer, we knew exactly what we were looking for. We entered an internet search. Craig was the first internet salesman to contact us and find us the car. The price was easily negotiated and we scheduled a time to come into the dealership. Craig was not able to meet us but set us up with Gio. Honestly, we kept waiting for the "hiccup", it never happened. Gio was also great to work with. He completed the sales contract, gave us a tour of the dealership, and thoroughly went over the entire car, explaining all the settings. Thanks Craig and Gio for making our purchase the best ever. More

Very unhappy customer We bought a Ford explorer in March and not even a week later the "check engine light" went on. We took it back and they said they precheck everything We bought a Ford explorer in March and not even a week later the "check engine light" went on. We took it back and they said they precheck everything with cars but they don't. They changed O2 sensors and light still keeps coming on again. It's now August and still is happening. We go camping alot so this is very annoying and scary to not know if it's a real issue or just some problem with the sensor. It's concerning especially driving long distances for camping. Also the control arms need to be replaced. They should of noticed that right off the bat because the front end of the car is wobbly when we move and try to stop and we didnt notice it cause we test drove it in slower speed. Also rpms are out of whack cause when we speed at a gradual pace it just shoots up to 8000 rpm. So something else is majorly wrong there too. This is a used car but they sold it to us with many issues on it which is not cool and now your unhappy customer is writing a bad review and we never do that but with so many issues we think it's not ok to take our money from us and give us a piece of crap. So yes we are very unhappy. More
