Would not let me leave and really did not listen to what I really wanted. I was clear I did not want a lease. I was clear I wanted my payments in the 300 dollar range a month. I was clear that I was looking for a used Lincoln MKC, I was clear that I didn't want to expand my loan past 60 months. I made it clear I was in the beginning stages of my car search. Once the salesman couldn't get me to pull the trigger on something I didn't want, the manager came over to give me options I did not want. He claimed they only sold 6 cars on a Saturday and his boss was not happy so they needed this sale. I'm sorry but that just comes off as desperate. Also, he said that a good negotiator knows when to pull the trigger. Wrong, a good negotiator has a plan and that I do, I plan to never come back to Fair Oaks. I will stick with my 2009 Ford F-150 Platinum and continue to get it serviced when I come back home to Ohio. More
