Awesome car buy experience due to superior staff I purchased a 2018 Mustang and from the moment I walked in the door I felt at ease. My salesman Jonathan was the nicest and most patient salesperson I I purchased a 2018 Mustang and from the moment I walked in the door I felt at ease. My salesman Jonathan was the nicest and most patient salesperson I’ve ever met. We test drive four different Mustangs and he even took one off the sales floor for me. I ended up going with the first one I test drove. Bob was so sweet walking around the whole time we were there making sure everything was going smoothly, offering us water and snacks. Chris did everything he could to make the deal possible. I hope I didn’t forget anyone. Fair Oaks Ford has my business for life! More

Waste of time I went into the dealership because it was told to me that I qualify for an early release from my current lease from Fair Oaks. I give them the stock I went into the dealership because it was told to me that I qualify for an early release from my current lease from Fair Oaks. I give them the stock number of the vehicle that i would like to lease and they have the salesperson pull the car around for me and quite frankly, i never saw a more dirty vehicle in my life. I couldn't even see the body lines of the explorer. I spent an hour at the dealership and never got a quote. The next day a quote was e-mailed to me and it was a little higher than expected and I related that back to Adam Hernandez. Later in the day i get a call from Brandon of internet sales who related that if i come in they would close the deal at the price in the e-mail with no money down, Brandon related Adam is right next him and the deal can be made. I related i would be there in an hour. I show up wait nearly an hour and half and Adam returns with a higher offer than the original one. Minutes later Adam shows me a number, somewhat higher than I wanted to pay but not much and then relates I would need money down, but if he could get the payment at his number would i sign the deal. I related yes, Adam goes can you initial the offer for my boss, I did and Adam comes back with a higher payment than he promised. He tells me a few stories and I related that I have to leave and I am not happy about spending 3-hours of my time to be misquoted. I really felt like a fool, i should have known they just wanted to get me back there to try and get me to sign a deal i wasn't comfortable signing. What a waste of my time. More
