They came in low on the trade-in offer, so trying to get to a number that we both agreed on added some time to the purchase. There were some add-ons listed on the cost sheet that I wasn't expecting as well to a number that we both agreed on added some time to the purchase. Car could've been cleaned a little better, but the fact that they all stayed late (over 2 hours) to finish the deal was very commendable. The service was overall good and I got everything I wanted. Not only was every interaction I had with a salesperson here ATROCIOUS, but I kid you not, the salesperson I was working with ROSS DEAKON actually BOUGHT THE CAR that I was interested in, while I was waiti here ATROCIOUS, but I kid you not, the salesperson I was working with ROSS DEAKON actually BOUGHT THE CAR that I was interested in, while I was waiting on him for two days to get back to me with a financing application. This was confirmed by another sales person at the dealership. Every time I attempted to get in touch with Ross, he was "swamped" and whenever I was busy he was calling me over and over in the evenings and early mornings and asking if I was getting his calls. This appalling experience ended with my salesperson ignoring my contact for two days while he literally bought the car I was attempting to purchase. DO NOT BOTHER with this place. And especially stay away from ROSS DEAKON. He's an absolute WASTE, and anyone who would employ him and allow something like this to happen is GARBAGE. The ONLY positive experience I had was when Bonnie called me after reaching out once again, although she had no idea of this happening, and apologized. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. More
