She worked in the background to get everything prepped, exactly how we had discussed for my arrival. There were no gimmicks, hidden agendas, and she delivered on exactly what my requirements were and what we'd agreed upon when I arrived. I did not have to do the traditional back and forth and play games. She listened and understood what it took to get the deal done and was well prepared. I can say quite honestly, it was the most efficient and pleasurable experience I've ever had at a car dealership. They came in low on the trade-in offer, so trying to get to a number that we both agreed on added some time to the purchase. Car could've been cleaned a little better, but the fact that they all stayed late (over 2 hours) to finish the deal was very commendable. The service was overall good and I got everything I wanted.
