I would not buy from this dealer. One would think in this day and age, dealers would stop the games, but this one has not. I supposedly made a deal over the phone, but immediately started getting the r this day and age, dealers would stop the games, but this one has not. I supposedly made a deal over the phone, but immediately started getting the run around when the sales manager insinuated that my trade had been in an accident. Then they made me wait 20 minutes while they "worked numbers" or whatever they do. Finally, the sales manager tells me that I am asking too much for my trade. When I tell him I had it appraised at CarMax, he asks me to drive home and bring him the appraisal. I tell him my offer stands as agreed on the phone. Of course he goes back behind the sales mangers station, gets on the phone again and makes me wait some more. As part of this pressure game, he keeps the keys to my trade, so I can't leave. Finally I reach the end of my patience, walk to the counter, grab my keys and walk out. Of course they call me later and tell me they will do the deal. Too late...bought somewhere else. Would not have returned even if they had lowered the price. Unbelievable lack of respect for the customer! More
