They were capable, straight-forward, and as nice as people could be. They delivered on finding the car I wanted, a more than fair trade-in value for my car, and a quick paperwork process. William was the sales member who knows the cars inside and out. He was clear on the differences between trim/models, etc. A great first impression for a dealership! Tony is the General Sales Manager who was honest and fair in speaking numbers with me and evaluationg every option. When do you ever hear how much they are making on a sale, and how far under that number they are willing to come? He is first class. I always request to have the paperwork completed when I get there for delivery. That request is very easily ignored by other dealerships as I have spent hours in offices dodging warranty and tire packages feeling pressured. That did not happen at Fair Oaks - Virginia could not have been sweeter or faster without pressuring me into anything. She was great. I was also shopping at another local dealer - what a smart consumer should do. The other dealer runs radio ads all day about service, price, and fair trade. I felt like I was imposing on them. My salesperson was less than responsive, actually outright ignored me. And they were giving me $5000 less on my trade, had a higher vehicle price, and wanted more money down. I can't stress enough how much experience I have with new car dealerships. Fair Oaks went above and beyond for me and I am confident that William, Tony, and Virginia will do the same for you. More

This dealership was only fantastic when it came to taking my money when I purchased my new Jeep. They promised the world and it turns out also lied to me in the process. They claimed things about my Jeep to my money when I purchased my new Jeep. They promised the world and it turns out also lied to me in the process. They claimed things about my Jeep to entice me into buying it. "it has a lift", "this guy customized everything on it", "the bumper is good to go, you can just slap a winch in it". Turns out this was a standard Call of Duty Jeep, the guy who ordered it didn't modify anything out of the norm for the COD edition. The bumper is in no way winch ready, I had to buy a $400 part from this dealership and they didn't have a clue what part it was that I needed. They said it would take 2 weeks, try 2 months to get the part in. When I did get the part it came with 2 sets of instructions that contradicted each other. Once it is installed you couldn't get the factory front skid plate on without major modifications; way to go Jeep! When it came to this dealer getting my registration transferred from my old vehicle to the new one it also took 2 months when I was told less than a week. No one at all would return my calls. I called over and over to get some resolution and everyone had nothing but attitude and just pointed the finger to someone else. I paid them my good money for this and they just jerked me around. When I brought my Jeep in for its first service after making an appointment they claimed they didn't have the appointment. Then it turns out they used my customer slip for another customer so they had me scratch out her signature and sign above it. I waited 2 hours for my oil change and it turns out it was done in 30 minutes. But no one called my name or came to tell me. When I asked the service rep his response was "stuff happens". When I got my receipt it had 6,000 miles on it and not the 3,000 miles I had on my odometer. THESE GUYS ARE HORRIBLE!!! I plan on going all the way to the Better Business Bureau with this and the CEO of Chrysler. I feel cheated and taken advantage of! More

This dealership and transaction was awesome. We were in need of a nice used vehicle which we found here. After signing the deal, they took the car back to perform an oil change, and safety inspection. Af need of a nice used vehicle which we found here. After signing the deal, they took the car back to perform an oil change, and safety inspection. After they completed the check they determined that it would need new brakes and 2 new tires. They went ahead replaced the brakes and put on 4 brand new tires, free of charge and had it cleaned and ready to go home with us that night. I would definitely shop this dealer over and over. Their customer service was top notch! More
Like all people, I visited the major jeep dealerships: Farrish, Koons, Manassas, etc. Some offer you free lifetime oil changes, some offer you shiny keychains and free all-weather mats, etc. This dealers Farrish, Koons, Manassas, etc. Some offer you free lifetime oil changes, some offer you shiny keychains and free all-weather mats, etc. This dealership does none of those gimmicky things. So, why did I choose and rate them highly? People need to realize that these guys are in a 'for profit' business. They simply cannot give away their vehicles or pay you thousands more than your trade is worth. Like any business, there are good apples and bad ones. Some salesmen/dealerships are xxxx - but, the majority of them are not. The preconception that all dealerships are evil is simply childish. Just because a dealership wouldn't sell you the car at the price you wanted, does not make them evil. Would I have liked to get free lifetime oil changes or all-weather mats - of course (*hint to dealership - maybe start considering it). In their defense, they do offer 'gratis' oil changes. Bottom-line, you want to associate yourself with a dealership that not only says what they'll do; but, more importantly - does what they say. My sales people, JC and Justin were fantastic. They took the time to listen to what I wanted rather than try to sell me simply what was on their lot, or take the easy way out and tell me to order it. In fact, they did not have the vehicle in stock and actually went out and brought it to their dealership from another one simply based on a handshake that I was serious about it. Tony (General sales manager) was involved in each step making sure any of my questions or needs were met. It probably took me a few months of visiting dealerships, thinking about what I wanted, etc. For me, it was not a fast process - and, the dealership did nothing to try and push me. They did not do the whole 'if you buy today, we'll give it to you for $X'. Let's be honest here, if a dealership can sell it today for 'x' - pretty much, they can sell it 10 days later for 'x' as well (so long as it is not a factory incentive that is expiring). In fact, there was a slight hiccup on the paperwork that I signed which I noticed the next day; but, I had no apprehension about going in to talk to them about it. I knew they would make it right. The next day, Tony (General sales manager) and Tom (sales manager) quickly stepped in to make sure the issue was promptly addressed: no questions asked - and it was a 5 minute conversation. No blame game, no excuses - just a simple, let's make it right and fix it so it is a fair outcome to everyone. Chris (finance)- was wonderful. Rather than trying to upsell me on a service contract - he flat out told me that it was not a good use of my money based on how many miles I would drive the vehicle. Chris (service manager) took a good hour to speak with me and even took me to one of his technicians to get answers to some questions I had. He knew the answers but just wanted to be 100% certain. I am writing this review 'after' I purchased my car. That's really only the 'beginning' of a relationship. How a dealership treats you 'after' you paid your money is really the telling factor here. How the dealership treats you if there IS a problem is also very telling. Many of these reviews simply talk about how great of an experience, how sales person went out of there way, etc. - but, most of the reviews do not speak to how dealership reacted when something did not go as smoothly. At the end of the day, everyone simply wants a fair deal. These guys will treat you right and fairly. More importantly, if something does come up - you will not have to wonder if the matter will be corrected, at this dealership - it will. Some unsolicited advice - treat these guys with respect, and they will give you respect 10x over. More
I bought my 2005 Chrysler 300 from this dealership last week. This was my first time ever visiting the dealership. Joe was one of the most down to earth car salesman I've ever dealt with. After speaking wi week. This was my first time ever visiting the dealership. Joe was one of the most down to earth car salesman I've ever dealt with. After speaking with him in the lounge area for a while about paperwork and selling price, I then spoke with Joe and Tony Nardelli together. The conversation was smooth and easy unlike my experience at other car dealerships. We were able to come to a great price on the car of my choice. After closing out things with Tony and Joe, I then spoke with Virginia Wilson about the numbers. She was very polite and we laughed about a few things as well. The conversations with these three individuals felt like the beginning of a long relationship. I look forward to more encounters like these with this dealership when I get my car serviced there in the future. More
I felt they were very responsive to our needs in finding a vehicle that fit within our budget. Not to mention the constant back and forth and at times unwillingness to even return a phone call once we engaged in the buying process. We came to Fair Oaks due to it being one of the dealers we had not visited though came there due to good remarks others have made about the dealership. Let me tell you, we would have saved a lot of time and energy had we just came here first. The service we received was outstanding and beyond any of my wildest expectations. The numbers were spot on and the trade in value was in the ball park. Thad Hancock, Tony Nardelli and Virginia were outstanding and very, very friendly. They all went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and answered every questions. There were even things we did not expect but received in knowledge as well as in perks. The buying process is not burdensome nor a dredge rather a positive experience when you deal with these folks. Nt to mention (and have not had to have it done yet) though their Service hours are outstanding and the folks in that dept seem to be equally as pleasant as the sales office. I will highly recommend this dealership to all I encounter and will certainly buy my next car from them. Thank you all for a wonderful experience. Michael and Danielle Manson More
