I was nervous about purchasing a new car because past experiences at other agencies had not been pleasant. I was really impressed with my experience here. I never felt pressure to buy and William Granby was very friendly, knowledgeable and funny! He made sure I always felt okay and was very attentive to exactly what I was looking for in a new car. He went out of his way to try and get the price of the car I chose down to what I wanted to pay. Chris in finance also went out of his way to help get the APR down as well. I was thrilled with my experience here, I am thrilled with my new Jeep, and I will definately recommend this agency to others. More

Until now have always hated to buy from a dealer. The sales people usually don't know the product and just start the sales process before you get to talk to the manager to negotiate price. NOT the case with Sony Pierre he knows his cars, inventory and is a joy to work with. The dealership on a whole is very friendly and helpful. They make the paperwork process easier than most. Fair Oaks makes you feel like a valued customer not just a quick large price tag sale. We would not have bought the Jeep from Fair Oaks if not for two previous visits there and great/ helpful service from Sony Pierre. Great Job Sony. We will send friends your way. Thanks More
We came in for service and left buying a new truck. We had a great experience and received a great deal for our trade and the new Ram truck. He went out of his way to get us the rebates we deserved and the prices we were looking for. Everyone at the dealership was very courtious and helpful and didn't give us a typical sales pitch. They were very up front with all of the information involved with the purchase of our truck and our trade. I found the experience to be very rewarding for the second time - no hassels or smokescreens just straight up facts. The financing process took very little time and Virginia was very helpful in making decisions and offering incentives for all aspects of the transactions. I would definately use this dealership in the futre and recommend them to all who may be looking for a good dealership. More

Our old Dodge Ram Truck was in need of extensive repairs that we didn't want to invest in so the service dept employee introduced us to Joe. Joe was very friendly and straight forward. He showed us the type of vehicles we were interested in purchasing, answered our questions and didn't pressure us when we told him we wanted to think it over. When we returned a couple of days later, he found a car with the options we wanted. Price negotiation was straightforward and relatively quick, they gave us a fair trade-in amount for our old truck, and the paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently. The experience was overall very pleasant. We drive in, get out of the car, Travis (the sales associate) meets us before we make it in the door, fairly standard practice at car places. He's a nice guy, assesses what we are looking for and starts steering us toward the vehicles,again pretty standard stuff, starts talking about the qualities of the cars, etc... We go inside and meet Tony, the sales manager, nice gregarious fellow. We take a test drive in a couple of Jeeps, come back in and start talking about buying the vehicles. They have a catchphrase they tell everyone to say, "If the numbers don't work we wouldn't expect you to buy." It's kinda corny, I mean how do you think I'm going to react if the numbers don't work and you DO expect me to buy? LOL. Now, what Tony did do was get us a better APR than my bank gave me, and Chris (the Finnance guy) got it even lower (Thanks Guys!). Chris sold me a lifetime service contract, and we'll see how that goes as far as service. We were easy clients, we've been looking at Jeeps for a while and were pretty prepared to buy. But even so, there was no pressure sales, it was a no haggle price that was comparable to others out on the market, they all walked away from us when we asked and let us discuss it. It was a low preasure experience. That said, of course their language was geared towards moving a customer to the eventual purchase of the vehicle but not pushy. More
