I was being helped by Mike Tatum and he was very rude I was being helped by Mike Tatum and he was very rude and has no personalty at all. I bought a new 2014 Jeep and after 2 days of buying the vehicl I was being helped by Mike Tatum and he was very rude and has no personalty at all. I bought a new 2014 Jeep and after 2 days of buying the vehicle it was having a electronic issue and I called him back and he gave me a response I just sell cars and why are you calling me. I was so upset that he was going to do about anything to get the sale but when the brand new vehicle gave me issue's in the first 2 days of owning the vehicle he didn't care. In addition he even insulted my family. I am not sure where fair-oaks jeep hired this person from. However I am happy with the finance department and the other sales associates but I would recommend Fair oaks jeep but not Mike Tatum. Please stay away from him. I believe in customer service and Mike tatum has no customer service skills at all and he is supposed to be a Manger. More

I received a great vehicle price, and they matched my CarMax offer on my current vehicle, saving me an extra trip! Jason Garry was an incredible salesman and went above and beyond in customer service. He had a positive and sincere attitude, found me the exact vehicle I was looking for, answered a long list of questions I had, took the roof rack off of my current vehicle, helped me empty out all of my personal belongings and even offered to drive me to CarMax to turn in my current vehicle before the dealership matched the CarMax price. I never thought I would say that spending time at a dealership or buying a new car was a great experience....but Jason, Tony and the rest of the team were so friendly and fantastic that they definitely made it the best car buying experience I've ever had...by far. Stay away! Sales and Service contradicts each other's sales pitch just to get your money! The service people are very deceiving and outright arrogant. They quoted me a price on the phone but asked me to pay a much higher price when I came to pick up my vehicle after service. This happened in December 2012 and he did not care to raise his voice against me even at plain view of other customers. He even yelled at me on my way out the door! I wrote a complaint to Chrysler Corporation and the reply was very unsatisfactory. I am launching a personal campaign to my friends and family to avoid this dealer. More

Once I got my car back home, I noticed it was vibrating loudly and was shaking the entire car when driving at high speeds. I called Joe, and he asked me to bring the car back. They gave me another car to drive for 2-3 weeks, and then even got a worker at the dealership to drive my car all the way back to me since they were so sorry that I received it in that shape. I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this dealership for an easy, friendly, and fantastic transaction. Thanks a ton, Joe!! More

In fact, Carlton and his team kept coming back to my wife and I with "more great news" i.e. they found us a lower APR, got us more for our trade in than on KBB etc etc. Carlton was extremely friendly and best of all, wasn't pushy. I wanted a night to think it over and didn't have to run for the door to dodge "one last sales pitch". I would recommend him to any of my friends looking to purchase a Jeep! More
I've bought many new cars over the years and can say with confidence that Sony Pierre and Tony Nardelli are among the best sales representatives in the car business. They were both highly experienced and consummate professionals, with strong communication skills and deep product knowledge. Sony worked very hard to meet my VERY specific requirements for a new car. What really sets Sony and Tony apart are their customer focus. They succeeded with us because they were highly respectful, patient, and attentive to our needs. Our experience at the dealership was as efficient and pleasant as any new car purchase can be, largely due to Sony and Tony. We had little intention of buying a new car yet, but when the repair costs for our 3 year old BMW started mounting, we decided it was time for a new car. We went to the dealership expecting the usual haggling that goes with purchasing a new car. From the very start, Bonnie was very instumental in starting the process and getting us in the door with her kind demeanor and straight forward pricing. We had called ahead about a specific vehicle in the dealer's inventory, and fortunately, Bonnie introduced us to Sony Pierre. When we arrived, Sony directed us straight to the vehicle that we had inquired about, ready to give us a demonstration. Sony made himself available and carefully listened to what our needs were. He worked with us to find the car most suitable for our needs, and wants. We went through a number of cars. He was honest, giving his opinion as it pertained to our requirements. Sony never rushed us or made us feel as if we were being forced into a sale. He was professional, and extremely detailed oriented. It is quite obvious that he knows his Jeeps both inside and out. My husband and I were definitely at odds about which model to buy, but Sony and Tony were able to impart their knowledge on us, and also suggested that we take a Wrangler to "test" overnight. My husband was able to take the car home and instantly fell in love. Once we found the car that met all of our needs, Tony, the General Manager, was low key and respectful when we discussed pricing our trade-in and the new car. At no time did he resort to high-pressure or a sales pitch.He helped us work with the numbers and arrive at a fair discount. Tony followed up with us after the purchase to make sure that everything was OK, and to find out if I needed any help with any of the technology. It felt like we were just inducted into a "family" of Jeep owners, not just another sell. It is because of Sony and Tony and the great service that we received that we would recommend Fair Oaks Jeep to anyone interested in purchasing a new car. More
