I had a wonderful experience buying my Grand Cherokee from this dealership. I had researched the car I was looking for online, and when I got there Karl was able to walk me right to it, explained all the from this dealership. I never felt pressured or rushed and Karl was able to answer any and all of my questions. He worked very hard on getting me the best price and did everything he could to get my monthly payments within the budget I had given him, which he did. He was super patient with me as I worked through the numbers in my head; I can't thank him enough for his help and patience! Karl even loaded all of my things (which...was a lot) from my old car into my new car without me having to ask. He even took off one of my favorite bumper stickers so I could put it on my new car. This experience was more akin to working with a friend rather than a someone "just trying to sell a car." We purchased a Chrysler Minivan Town and Country in July 2013. However we first came to see a Dodge Minivan. I had called and let the dealership know we were interested in seeing Minivans. When we arrived (my husband took the day from work) there was just one Chrysler minivan with the updates we liked. Very disappointed at the selection. If you are looking for minivan do not go to this dealership. In the end we chose the showroom car - luckily we loved the color and it had most updates which we wanted, some which we did not want but since it was the only minivan we liked we had to take it. Happy with the price and the car drives smooth. More

On my first trip to the dealership, everyone expected me, helped me narrow down car selection quickly, had my financing arranged and within two hours I drove off the lot in my new car. I came in for service on my 2006 Jeep Commander and decided to walk around while I was waiting. I met William over a year ago when I bought my Commander and was looking for an older model YJ. William was fantastic. I have always really enjoyed getting service at Chantilly Jeep, but now I have gone through the sales experience, and can now 100% recommend this place. I have owned my Jeep Wrangler for less than 1 month now and it has been in for Service 3 times now. I should have figured as much, as the purchase experience itself was a nightmare. The 1st service was due and it has been in for Service 3 times now. I should have figured as much, as the purchase experience itself was a nightmare. The 1st service was due to the Radio/Nav system not working properly, the 2nd service was to fix a water leak on the floor board when it rained, and the 3rd service is to once again try to fix the wate rleak, which wasn't fixed properly last time. One of the service guys actually told me that this is a common issue with Jeeps and it is to be expected. Wow, really? What great customer service and faith in the product that you you sell. Instead, how about "I'm so sorry for your inconvenience, we will do everything we can to remedy the situation." I am not too impressed with the customer service or the professionalism at this dealership! Their only saving grace is a sales person named Sony Pierre and the Service Manager Tom. Both Tom & Sonny are very professional, understanding, and they make sure to go out of their way to provide great customer service. Hopefully some of their attributes rub off on their fellow employees. More

It had been 8 years since I purchased a new vehicle and was rather apprehensive but Joe greeted me when I pulled and took me in and introduced me to Bonnie who was terrific and then I worked with Joe on th was rather apprehensive but Joe greeted me when I pulled and took me in and introduced me to Bonnie who was terrific and then I worked with Joe on the purchase of my new Grand Cherokee - he went over everything in the vehicle with me (since they have come a long way since I last bought a car) and explained everything in detail - Joe was just a real gem to work with and made me feel very comfortable - I have to say it was the best experience I think I have ever had with a dealership in all my years of buying - there was no pressure but I knew when I saw the Jeep on the showroom floor that was the one - Marvin was great to work with - he explained all the warranties in detail and made that part of the experience very easy - I was very impressed that the Manager came up to me twice while I was there which a great deal - I think people would be crazy to go to any other dealership to buy any of these vehicles.
