Worth the Trip! i traded my 2006 Wrangler because I wanted a sporty luxury car! I searched the entire internet for days! Called this dealership and spoke to salesman i traded my 2006 Wrangler because I wanted a sporty luxury car! I searched the entire internet for days! Called this dealership and spoke to salesman Marcelo Garcia. He was very professional and worked hard to make the deal happen. He followed up and assisted me in every way possible. I drove 3.5 hours to the dealership and the BMW was everything he said it was. It was the end of the month and the place was a madhouse but he kept me updated as I waited. He promised to send me the spare key when he could contact the former owner and a week later the key was sent overnight to my front door. I am very pleased with the overall experience of the transaction and the dealership. I highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for quality service and a quality vehicle. More
Awful Service Department I have been using Jeep dealers for service on my vehicles for over twenty years and I have always received great customer service, but today that chan I have been using Jeep dealers for service on my vehicles for over twenty years and I have always received great customer service, but today that changed at Fair Oaks Jeep in Chantilly. I made my appointment several days in advance for routine maintenance, alignment, repair of several recall items and a service wash. Dropped the vehicle off at 11:00AM for a 5:00PM pick-up. Never received a call that the vehicle was done and called to check on it at 6:45PM. There seemed to be confusion as to whether the vehicle was done or not, but I was finally informed it was ready for pick-up. When I showed up there was more confusion and they couldn't find the paperwork. After they found the paperwork they couldn't find the car keys. After 30 minutes, they located the keys by the service wash area and informed me that the vehicle was never washed/cleaned. The manager was unhelpful and very arrogant. He blamed the mix up on the fact that a service manager left early on a personal matter. He did not apologize for the nine hours my vehicle was in for service and just turned over the dirty vehicle. The manager clearly felt that one less happy customer was not an issue, and we also had to endure snide comments from an employee that did not agree with our displeasure. Needless to say, I will not be returning for any service at this location. More
Great job by Marcelo Garcia After having a terrible experience at a mid size dealership, Marcelo took the time needed to show me everything I needed to know in purchasing my 2011 After having a terrible experience at a mid size dealership, Marcelo took the time needed to show me everything I needed to know in purchasing my 2011 Dodge Charger. I was treated very well by the whole team. Even after the financing mix-up by my bank, Betty Parker put everything together swiftly and efficiently and helped me get my warranty package together. Mary Burroughs rounded everything out with her nice smile and administrative help showing the definite value of the Xzylon application. Thank you Mary. More
APPALLED DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND READ THIS REVIEW!……..I am writing this review in the hopes that I will save others the anguish and pain that I experienced fro DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND READ THIS REVIEW!……..I am writing this review in the hopes that I will save others the anguish and pain that I experienced from attempting to deal with Fair Oaks Chrysler in Chantilly. I am from Pittsburgh, Pa and I am looking for a car for my wife - saw an ad on both cars.com and auto trader.com for the same Honda crv at fair oaks. I called and spoke with a fellow named Darry. I explained I was 4 hrs away and so I needed him to take a close look at the crv, note any defects on the body or interior, and call me back, he said he would, but ultimately refused saying I was just going to have to drive down and take my chances. I talked to the GM about it (Jim Davie) and he put me in touch with a man named David Testa who agreed to take pics and sent them to me. He sent about 20 pics but only 2 of them showed any damage - some minor scratches on the drivers side and a paint chip on the bumper. I called to thank him for sending the pics and to verify that that was the only damage on the vehicle and he said it was. At that point I asked him what the “out the door” price was. He stated the ad price, plus tax, plus a $589 documentary fee that he said was for the paperwork. I said all I would need was a bill of sale and a signed title and I could have the paperwork done. He said he would see if he could get the fee waived. He called back and said it was a no go, but that I would have more leverage if I was trying to negotiate this in person. He also told me that they had just got another crv I may be interested in. My conversation with him took place on Friday and since we live so far away, Saturday was the day we could go, so we got up early the next morning and were at the dealer at 10AM. We looked at the crv he had taken the pics of - it had 3 dents in it and various other scratches, paint chips, etc. that somehow he “missed” when he sent the pics and verbally described it to me. We took it for a ride and when we got back, he asked how we liked it - we said it was nice. He had the other crv ready for us to ride - so we took it for a ride and in the 20 minutes we were gone they sold the 1st crv out from under us. We were interested in the 2nd crv, but it had some issues too. There was trim missing or damaged in several places on the exterior, some fairly large areas where the paint was missing down to the primer, rock chips and the rear wheel bearing was going - it was making a noise with the rotation of the wheel and after we drove it, I touched the wheel and it was hot. When I told David about this, he asked if we were interested and I said it all came down to the price, so he took us inside the showroom - they had several tables there where they talked to folks, tried to close deals and did the paperwork - so we sat down at one of the tables. David got some papers we were to fill out that would give them our personal info including our SS#’s. I told him I wouldn’t give them my SS# - he said it was required for 2 things. 1) to check on the terrorist list to make sure we weren’t xxxxxxxxxx and 2) to transfer the title ( I found out neither one of these is true - they do perform an OFAC check which is required, but they don’t need your SS# to perform that and they don’t need your SS# to transfer a title. The only reason they would need your SS# would be if you were paying with cash that exceeded $10000 - so they were not telling us the truth. A short time later David shows up with a piece of paper that delineates the cost of the vehicle. On it was the ad price, taxes, the $589 documentary fee AND another $975. I asked him what that was for and he indicated that I shouldn’t worry about it, that he would take care of it and at that point the left. A moment later he came back with a man who introduced himself as Jim Davie (the GM). He said he would not waive the $589 documentary fee and the $975 was for dealer prep. I told him I talked to David on the phone before we drove down from Pittsburgh and we talked at length about the “out the door” price and he never said anything about that. Mr Davie said the crv was a good price - yeah there were some problems with it (trim, scratches, wheel bearing), but they weren’t going to fix any of them and he wasn’t going to waive any of the fees. I said - so you folks lied to me about the condition of the vehicle, lied to me about the price and let me drive the whole way down here from Pittsburgh based on the lies you told me. At that point I told him I was leaving. I should probably tell you now that I am a 62 year old man who had my left leg amputated not long ago and so I am on crutches with one leg - but as I stood up, I thought the other folks that were there trying to buy a vehicle should know who and what they were dealing with, so in a voice loud enough that they could hear, I started expounding on how, knowing I had to come the whole way from Pittsburgh, they lied to me about everything. When I started to do this, Jim Davie grabbed my arm, squeezed it, dug his fingers into the inner aspect of my arm told me to shut up and leave - as he was pushing me (who again, I’m an amputee on crutches) toward the door. I told him to let go of me and not to touch me, but as I made my way out he did exactly the same thing 2 more times - I believe this is called simple assault. Listen, as I stated, I am writing this in the hopes that it will save some folks the heartache - I hope you choose wisely. More

I went over the car with a fine tooth comb and Franklin Martin our salesperson was very attentive and responsive to my questions. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous. We agreed upon a set price and Marvin Rivera found me a lower rate then I have found previously at a different lender. I was very happy! More
